The Soul Behind Every Drop
Our Process

At WARU, every drop of tequila is a dawn reborn
A ritual whispered from the agave fields of Jalisco to your glass
Our story begins in the quiet red soil, where each blue agave grows for 6 to 8 years, gathering the sun, the rain, and the patient hands of the jimador. No rush, no shortcuts, only nature’s rhythm, honored by ancestral craft.
When the time is right, the agave hearts
The piñas are harvested with the sharp Coa, an ancient blade guided by generations. These piñas are slow cooked for 48 hours in stone ovens. This gentle fire unlocks the sweet soul of the agave without harsh chemicals, preserving its natural purity.

Crafted in Our
Gallery distillery in Jalisco, Mexico.
Once cooked, each piña is crushed in traditional rollers, and its rich juice is blessed with pure spring water. Natural fermentation awakens the sugars inside stainless steel tanks for 72 hours, and a patient double distillation purifies every drop capturing the sunrise of Jalisco in its clearest form.
WARU: modern spirit, ancient soul.
This is how we craft WARU Tequila Blanco a Premium Tequila with a light body, a clear and crystalline appearance, and tasting notes that dance on your palate: smooth and soft cooked agave, delicate hints of honey, vanilla, and fresh fruits, leaving a dry yet sweet finish that lingers like the first light of dawn.
Since 2017, WARU has carried Jalisco’s dawn across borders now proudly shared in Canada.
